To ensure our directory remains accurate and secure, all venue updates are initiated by messaging our bot on Telegram. We are systematically building a smart claims engine, and currently all submissions are reviewed by our team within 24 hours.
Here is how to claim your venue and suggest changes today:
- Open Telegram: Click the floating Telegram button in the bottom right corner of this website, or message @AngkorNowBot directly.
- Request Access: Send a message to the bot saying: "I want to update the details for [Your Venue Name]."
- Provide Your Details: The bot will ask for the contact email or phone number associated with your business. This is forwarded to our editorial team so we can confirm you are the actual owner or manager before any changes go live.
- Editorial Review: Our team will review your request, typically within 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation message on Telegram and your updated details will appear on the site.
Adding Events
You can also use the Telegram bot to add one-off or recurring events. To get your event listed instantly without the AI having to interrogate you for missing details, please provide all the essential information in your message.
Make sure to include:
- What & Where: The event name and your venue name.
- When: The exact date, start time, and end time.
- How Much: The entry fee, cover charge, or if it is free.
- The Details: Anything special you want to tell people (dress code, drink specials, vibe).
- Links: Your Facebook page or event link so we can verify the details.

When you tell the bot you want to claim your business, it will search our live directory and return matching results. You simply tap your venue name on your custom Telegram screen buttons. This locks in the exact location profile so we never get matching errors. - Step 2: Enter Verification Details
The bot asks for your name and the official contact email or phone number associated with your business (or your public Facebook page). This is captured securely and encrypted in our database. - Step 3: Quick Editorial Review
To prevent unauthorized hijacking, our team of real, local editors receives a notification. We cross-check the details (e.g. verifying against your official Facebook page or business listing). Once approved, your Telegram account is permanently linked to your venue. - Step 4: Update Instantly
Once linked, you are a "Verified Owner"! When you send updates or submit new events, our system flags you automatically. Your changes are fast-tracked, going live to the map instantly.

Once verified owners are mapped in our database, they gain trusted publishing access. Edits and events (such as happy hours, drink specials, and cover pricing) sent by a verified account bypass standard moderation cues, updating the live map instantly!
